Services
Saturn Solar Cleaning provides solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior maintenance services in San Diego County, California. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in writing prior to each appointment.
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on information you provide and may be adjusted on-site if the actual property conditions differ materially. We will notify you of any change before performing additional work.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee.
Property Access & Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including pets being secured and gates unlocked. We reserve the right to decline or pause service if site conditions are unsafe.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods identified at checkout.
SMS / Text Messaging
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Saturn Solar Cleaning. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saturn Solar Cleaning's total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defective panels, or issues unrelated to the work we performed.
