We call you back within one business hour during normal hours (8am–6pm, Mon–Sat). After hours, you'll get your quote first thing the next business morning. Most quotes are finalized in a single 5-minute phone call — no in-home sales pitch required.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope. As long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot and a clear path to the roof, you don't need to be home. We send before-and-after photos and your thermal inspection report straight to your phone, and you can pay digitally after the job is done.

What if it rains on my appointment day?

Safety first — we'll reschedule any rooftop work for rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions, no questions asked. We'll text you the night before with a heads-up and offer the next available slot, usually within 1–3 days.

How do you safely access the roof?

Our techs use OSHA-style fall protection, properly rated extension ladders with stabilizers, and soft-soled shoes that won't damage roofing materials. We're fully insured for rooftop work, and we walk every roof carefully — checking for soft spots and loose tiles before stepping anywhere near your panels.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Venmo, and check. You only pay after the job is complete and you've reviewed the before-and-after photos. Service plan customers can opt in to autopay so you never have to think about it.
